... sind nun sicherlich nicht ein ausschließliches Weststadtproblem – auch wenn ich finde, dass her besonders viele herumstehen. Aber hier komme ich halt viel rum, sehe sehr sehr viele.

Ist ein sehr lästiges Thema, früher habe ich viele direkt beim Händler oder Kundenservice der Handelsketten gemeldet, sofern es dort "richtige Menschen" als Ansprechpartner•innen gab; vorzugsweise telefonisch. Hatte ich sogar bei Aldi! Sind aber immer weniger geworden, immer wieder lande ich bei Kundenservice-Hotlines, wo die Sache im Sande verläuft.

• Bestenfalls: "wir schicken innerhalb der nächsten 3 Wochen jemanden vorbei ...".
• Meistens: nix! Gar nichts!
• Und beispielsweise REWE: Da erwartete man tatsächlich, dass ich "irgendwie" kläre, ob ein gefundener Einkaufswagen nun zum REWE Elbestraße oder zum REWE Lichtenberger Straße gehört. Nee, Leute! So bleiben nur noch wenige, bei denen ich Einkaufswagen melde. Hornbach, Bauhaus, Edeka Frerichs und Heberlein, MixMarkt, ein paar weitere, und bisher Globus Markthalle!

Aber neulich:

• Meldete ich 19.04.2026, 22:43 per E-Mail Globus-Markthalle, dass ich einen geklauten Einkaufswagen

etwa hier gefunden hatte! Bot an, den gegen 2 Fleischkäsebrötchen einzusammeln und abzuliefern. Und erbat Rückmeldung, wie es weiter geht! Keine Reaktion!

• Erbat 30.04.2026, 17:49 Rückmeldung zum Sachstand!
• 30.04.2026, 18:17 so eine Art Antwort: "Ihre Nachricht wurde am Donnerstag, 30. April 2026 18:17:37 (UTC+01:00) Amsterdam, Berlin, Bern, Rome, Stockholm, Vienna ungelesen gelöscht."
• Na, da antwortete ich einfach 05.05.2026, 12:13 per E-Mail: "Ihr Prospekt aus der NB wurde ungelesen entsorgt!" daraufhin
• Antwort vom Gebäudemanagement: "... werde mit unserem Transporter in der KW 21 die gemeldeten EKW einsammeln. Sollten bis dahin noch welche gesichtet werden, schicken Sie uns gerne wieder ein Geotag. Sollte ich es in der KW 21 nicht schaffen, komme ich gerne auf Ihr Angebot zurück."
  • Na, das ist doch schon mal was. Ich bin mit deren Abholung da aus dem Gelände etwas skeptisch, aber warten wir's ab. Immerhin besteht an dem Ort Hoffnung, dass der Wagen nicht "weiterwandert"!
    Schau'n wir mal, wie sich das entwickelt!

Ach ja, und dann die Einkaufswagen vor Wohnungs-Haustüren hier in der Weststadt – manchmal 5 Stück oder mehr:
Polizei sagt: "Da können wir nichts machen – womöglich haben die eine Abmachung mit dem Händler ..." Na klar 😉😏😥😠
