The Problems I saw were caused by wrong folders acces (750 instead of 755), not by the Plugin

Problem might be
- Plugin not recognized
- So I can not activate it in Plugins List
- So it can not work

Some additional obervation
I have 4 folders flatpress_gpx which I tried als Plugin:
1. From Main, extracted with IZarc: 1,19 MB (1.252.289 Bytes)
2. From Main, extracted with 7-Zip: 1,19 MB (1.252.289 Bytes)
3. From Wiki, extracted with IZarc: 832 KB (852.404 Bytes)
4. From Wiki, extracted with 7-Zip: 832 KB (852.404 Bytes)
None of them became visible in Plugins list
